Casting out.

This is something I wrote for myself a while back to get through some tough times. Its a personal version of Mark 5:1-20. I encourage you to find meaningful writings and apply them to yourself. Sometimes you are the good, sometimes you are the bad. But you are most certainly in the story.

*******************************

Then Jesus went to Cherryville, NC where He met a man tormented by evil spirits. There, the man lived like the dead. He cried out night and day as he tried to carry the burdens of life on his own. When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of Him. The man shouted at the top of his voice, "Why do you allow these spirits to torment me? Swear to God that you will not allow them to torture me further!" And so, Jesus sent away the evil spirits. Then He said to the man, "Go and live like the living! Go and tell everyone what God has done for you!" So the man left and shared his story, and everyone was amazed.

Thoughts on blogging.

Blogging, the new world of expression. Open to almost anyone with a computer. And here I am, with my very on blog site. I wonder what I'll write about. Will it be deep and personal thoughts? Will it be riveting and interesting to others. Will anyone else even see what I wrote? I could say things about politics, religion, science, money, computers, sports or even little ole me. For now I'll only say "Hello!" to you who read this. And then, leave you with this question:

Who or what do you trust in? Could it be God, man, yourself or nothing? It will be interesting to see if anyone has the courage to truly express themselves as well as the courage to listen to what others say too.
